Job Requirement
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5–10 years of hands‑on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Java, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with REST API design, JSON, and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of distributed systems, caching (Redis, Hazelcast), and performance tuning.
- Exposure to security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
- Experience with test automation (JUnit, Mockito).
